Biscol Cosmetics was founded in 1936 by Dr. Zadok Levy who wished to realize his Zionist vision and establish a cosmetics plant in Israel.
For three generation, the Levy family has continued to manage and lead Biscol company, and enhance its standing as a leader in innovation and development in the field of cosmetics.

In 2002, Biscol signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the international Paglieri company. Currently, Biscol manufactures and markets both Paglieri brands – Cleo and Felce Azzurra, and utilizes the know-how and innovations of the Italian company to develop cutting-edge products.
In 1951, Dr. Levy signed a cooperation agreement with the Italian PAGLIERI group, essentially becoming the first Israeli company to sign a cooperation agreement with an international cosmetics company.
